The Company was founded early 2007. The Owners and Employees represent solid experience from several positions with operators within the aviation industry. The Company was established to offer services and know-how to operators as a supplement to their own organizations within engineering, maintenance, management, project, design and construction, etc-etc.

The Company can offer services as follows:
- Airworthiness Review and corresponding reports.
- All aspects of engineering work within a DOA organization. The Company has applied for a Part-21 approval. Expected approval by 2nd Quarter 2009.
- All aspects of technical administrative work within a CAMO organization. The Company has applied for a standalone Part-M Subpart G approval. Expected approval by end of 2008
- Quality Auditing and corresponding reports.
- Writing/editing procedures manuals like CAME and MOE.
The Company can also offer a MRO solution called TELS:
- TELS = Technical Electronic Limitation System.
- TELS is designed to run with a minimum of overhead administrative staff. Used both by the Part-145 and Part-M Subpart G organization, the system will create huge potential for overhead reductions and effective data processing.
- TELS is fully capable of administrating all the maintenance control functions needed both by a Part-145 organization and a Part-M Subpart G organization.
- TELS is in use today by multiple organizations in Norway and Sweden.
